Q1: What materials are your wigs made of?
We offer synthetic hair (heat-friendly or regular) and human hair (Brazilian, Peruvian). Each product page clearly states fiber type. Natural black wigs are often human hair; trendy colors are usually high-quality synthetic.
Q2: Can I style trendy color wigs with heat?
Only if labeled “heat-friendly” (up to 350°F/180°C). Regular synthetic wigs cannot withstand heat – use cool styling only.
Q3: How do I choose the right wig cap size?
Measure your head circumference. Most wigs are average size (21.5"–22.5"). We offer petite and large in select styles – see product page.
Q4: Will the wig look shiny or fake?
Our trendy color wigs have a natural matte finish. Natural black wigs (human hair) have real hair texture. Some synthetic wigs may have slight shine; use dry shampoo to reduce.
Q5: How do I wash and care for my wig?
Synthetic: use wig shampoo, cold water, air dry on a stand. Human hair: use sulfate‑free products, air dry. Detailed instructions included with each wig.
Q6: How long does a wig last?
Synthetic: 4–6 months with daily wear. Human hair: 1+ years with proper care.
Q7: Shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on orders 40 – flat $4.99.
Q8: Processing time?
1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Lace front wigs may take 1 extra day for quality check.
Q9: Tracking?
Yes – shipping confirmation includes a tracking number.
Q10: Cancel or change order?
Contact us within 6 hours of placing order. Once prepared for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
Q11: Do you ship outside the USA?
No – currently only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii; no territories or APO/FPO).
Q12: Can I return a wig if I don’t like the color?
Yes, as long as it is unworn and in original packaging. You pay return shipping. Note that screen colors vary – we recommend checking videos or customer photos.
Q13: What is normal shedding?
All wigs shed a few hairs during first use and washing. Excessive shedding (clumps) is a defect – contact us.
