30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Wigs must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging (including the wig cap and net).

  • Due to hygiene, wigs that have been worn (even once), styled, cut, or have product residue cannot be returned.

  • Trendy color wigs: slight color variation between screen and real life is normal – not considered defective.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully. Defects include: missing wefts, broken clips, excessive shedding (more than normal), or wrong color shipped.

Non-Quality Returns (change of mind)
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund is for product cost only.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new wig ships within 5–7 business days (subject to stock availability).

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
