No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories (Guam, PR, etc.) – we ship via USPS/UPS which may accept P.O. boxes? To be safe, we say no to all.
Undeliverable Packages
If returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed, you pay to re‑ship ($5.99).
Lost or Damaged
If damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Lost packages – we will work with the carrier.
